Towering skyscrapers, astonishing shopping malls, exciting carnivals, thrilling night clubs and sophisticated cocktail bars. What’s not to love about the city?
But sometimes, with the stress, workloads, traffic and pollution, we just want to get away from it all. Like go to a peaceful and refreshing place far far away from the busy city. Imagine yourself in a floating house in the middle of a lake… It’s phantasmagorical. But Aquascape, the newest destination in Caliraya, Laguna makes it possible!
Aquascape was first built as a private weekend retreat for the owners. Now it is available to those who are seeking for a one-of-a-kind getaway. Who wouldn’t want to live (even just for a night or two) in a Floating Suite for only 10,000 per night. It can accommodate six people. It consists of two double beds, one extra mattress, a couch, a mini-bar area, dining table set, TV set, DVD player with Bluetooth function, a small kitchen complete with cooking equipment and a griller, a toilet and bath. Plus, you can use the kayak and row all you want down the lake! What could be more relaxing than spending a night in the middle of a lake, and waking up to the soothing sound of chirping of birds?
For smaller groups, you can rent the Floating Cottage for only 5,000 per night. It can fit four people, and is complete with the basic amenities such as bed, dining table and seats. It doesn’t have its own toilet and bath though, but you can use the resort’s bathroom near the dock area.
Aside from admiring the spectacular surrounding, you can also enjoy some exciting activities. One thing is for sure, you won’t get bored here. Sing your heart out in the Karaoke Function Room that you can rent for P4,000. There’s also a Mahjong Room complete with beds and a table that you can use for board games. It is available for P3,000 per night.
Other activities you can enjoy are kayaking (P300/hour), electric biking (P300/hour), electric motor boat (P600/hour), jetski (P4,000/hour). If you want more adventure, there are inflatable rides (P1,000/15 minutes), ATV (P600/15 minutes) and a buggy car (P600/15 minutes).
After having so much fun and adventure, you can relax at the small open-air tub and a fish spa.
Such a wonderful place to spend the weekend, right?
